ProScout’s Lindsay Ellingson is Victoria’s Secret new covergirl
Victoria’s Secret has a long history of turning models into supermodels — and ProScout gets credit for providing their latest pick for greatness. Discovered at ProScout’s Orange County event, Lindsay Ellingson graces the cover of their new 2010 SWIMcatalogue wearing nothing but a daring “topless” bikini. The 23 year old California girl felt at home shooting on the beach of gorgeous Necker Island, calling it “really an experience of a lifetime!”

Having already walked the runway for designers such as Galliano, Gucci and D& G, Ellingson told PEOPLE magazine that she is thrilled to be chosen for the cover. Being a Victoria’s Secret model means so much to me. The greatest thing about being a VS model is that I get to be myself and show who I am.” She also told PEOPLE she was very comfortable in her suit, with or without the top on!

“So, on the cover I’m wearing a “topless” bikini with a removable bandeau [pictured on]. We shot it both ways, with and without the bandeau. I felt great in it and my hair covered me when I shot topless so I wasn’t uncomfortable at all.” The 2010 Victoria’s Secret SWIM catalogue hits mailboxes this week.

Lindsay looks just adorable in this monokini. I love the piece and already got it. There’s no question I’m going to wear the cover up, it messes up the whole look, and I won’t have to worry about the hair b/c my are short.
I just wish it came in different colors too, black is classy and stylish but boring!!!!

I will totally feel comfortable wearing this piece. I’ll drive my boyfriend crazy by playing a “Peak-A-Boo” game with my long hair. I just won’t go to the crowded with kids beaches that are unfortunately the only ones in my area.
