Carlos Knight is super hero, super fun on Nick’s new “Supah Ninjas”
(Los Angeles) Check out Ryan Potter and Carlos knight in their ninja gear! The duo star in the new Nick series SUPAH NINJAS… three unsuspecting kids who are drafted into the secret world of crime-fighting after Mike Fukanaga (Potter), an average high school student, discovers he is descended from a long line of ninjas.
He is helped along the way by the spirit of his recently deceased grandfather (George Takei, Star Trek’s original ‘Zulu’ character), who appears to him and the team of “Supah Ninjas” as an interactive hologram who offers guidance, wisdom and training. Supah Ninjas premiered on January 17. After early buzz reports, it looks to be a hit with Knight driving the show (pretty much) with his dry wit and nutty humor. We’re not the only ones that think so – critics and viewers agree.
